What Drives Us
At ACP Foundation, we believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. The aerospace industry faces a critical workforce shortage, with hundreds of thousands of positions projected over the next decade. At the same time, countless young people from underserved communities possess the creativity, determination, and potential to fill these roles—if given the chance.
