Who We Are

The Aerospace Career Pathways Foundation (ACP Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, committed to advancing equity and access in aerospace and STEM education.

Founded by Ramone Crowe, Jr., a veteran and workforce advocate, ACP Foundation extends the mission of acpathways.com—bridging education and industry to build the next generation of aerospace professionals.

Meet Our Founder

Ramone Crowe, Jr.

Ramone Crowe, Jr. serves as National Program Manager for the FAA's Policy Group. With over 30 years of experience in advance electronics and serving as an advocate for Civil Rights, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity initiatives, Ramone has dedicated his career to developing and executing Diversity and Inclusions plans, formulating national recruitment and retention plans, coordinating Aviation Career Education Programs, and collaborating with aerospace professional organizations.

He also serves as Community Outreach and Public Relations Manager for Coleman A. Young Airport, City of Detroit, and is an Aerospace Consultant for Wayne State University, College of Engineering.

Ramone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, is certified as a trained EEO counselor by the FAA, Certified Mediator from Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and trained in Crucial Accountability, Managerial Coaching and Mentoring, Labor Management Relations, and Conflict Resolution training from the FAA Leadership and Learning Institute.

Ramone is a U.S. Navy veteran and served during the Persian Gulf War as an electronics technician.

Our Story

For over 30 years, the ACE (Aviation Career Education) Academy program has been transforming lives by introducing students to the exciting world of aerospace. What started as a local initiative has grown into a comprehensive foundation dedicated to creating equitable pathways for youth, veterans, and underserved communities.

Today, ACP Foundation partners with leading educational institutions, industry giants, and community organizations to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career opportunities in aviation, aerospace engineering, drone technology, and advanced manufacturing.
